He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Tattrie and Evelyn Tattrie (Watson); his son Steven Tattrie; his granddaughter Amanda Rodgers; his brother John Tattrie; and his stepmother Mary Tattrie.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Tattrie (Rodgers); his daughters, Cheryl MacDonald (Bruce), Jo-Anne Kendell (Wade), Robin Rodgers (Sean), Arlene Landry (Gary), Darlene Tattrie (Kenny), Beaverbrook and Lynn Tattrie; and his siblings, Bruce Tattrie (Sandra) and Candace Tattrie. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.
