He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Murray and Elizabeth Rose "Betty" Roode (Stewart); and his siblings, Brenda, Debbie, Raymond and Joe.
He is survived by: his children, Joshua Roode (Nicole Decoste) and Jennifer Roode (Joey MacDonald); his grandchildren, Rylan, Easton, Nora and Jimmy; his close friend Brenda Roode (Nelson); and his siblings, Leo (Wendy), Peter (Kelly), Carol (Fred), Maxine (Kenny), Jackie and Linda. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
