Richard Milton Higgins Obituary

We are sad to announce that on September 27, 2021, Richard Milton Higgins (Truro, Nova Scotia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Thelma (McCarthy); and his sister Dianna Richardson. He is survived by: his girlfriend Elaine Curry; his siblings, Brenda (Nelson), Debbie (Steven), Karen (Colin), Derrick (Carolyn) and Darren; his brother-in-law Willard Richardson; and his sons, Craig (Sonya), Patrick (Nellie) and Branden. He is also survived by four grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
