He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Reynolds Hamilton and Greta Bell Hughes (Hill); his siblings-in-law, Betty Hamilton and Don Brown; his son-in-law David Curtis; and his brother Edgar Prescott.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Jean Hamilton (Carter); his children, Donna Curtis (Valley), Roger, Neil (Roxanne) and Crowes Mills; his siblings, Cyril (Ailene) and Georgina; his grandchildren, Stacy (Abdullah), Ryan (April), Ashley (Kyle), Chantal (Alan), Gabrielle (Ryan) and Riley (Emily); his great grandchildren, Kyla, Ryan, Lucas, Jackson, Zain, Ivy and Amelia; and his siblings-in-law, Victor Carter (Myrtle), Irene Dunphy (Patt) and Marie Bowers (Neal). He is also survived by many nieces and, nephews.
