She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Dickson and Irene Dickson (MacDonald); her husband Basil; her children, George, Sam, Diane and Carol; and her brothers, Tony and Victor.
She is survived by: her children, Marlene Underwood and Kevin Underwood (Anjanette); her adoptive son John Tanner; her son-in-law Blair Brown; and her siblings, Mary, Gloria, Shelia, Brenda, Valerie, Sandra (Harlan), Nelson (Donna), Myles (Bev), Karen and Hattie. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
