He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd and Mildred (Rafuse); his siblings, Carol Carrigan and Gary Lee; and the mother of his children Jean Marie Murray.
He is survived by: his children, Paula Illsley (Cyrus), Hilden, Kelly Blair (Maureen Ralph), Scott Blair, Gina Whiting (Mark) and Ottawa; his siblings, David Blair (Bianca), Valley, Donna Fenton (Terry) of Riverview, NB and Mark Blair (Elizabeth); his cousin Harold Blair; his grandchildren, Jenna Cameron (Patrick), Nicole Bell (Mitchell), Laura, Ben, Sophie, Sam Whiting, Kyle, Riley Blair, Felicia Ralph and Jennifer Ralph (David Faulkner); his friend Danny Joseph; and his pet Snookie. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
