She was predeceased by: her parents, George R. Reid and Violet R. Reid (Mingo); her husband Donald Huntley; her sons, Byron and Randy; and her siblings, Inez, Merle, Jessie, Christena, Joyce, John, Keith and Maynard.
She is survived by: her close friend Frank Ettinger; her children, Debbie (Scott) of Sackville, Dale (Debbie) of Mount Uniacke and Kevin; her brothers, Robert Reid of Bedford and Boyd Reid (Brenda) of Middleton; her grandchildren, Randy, Curtis, Devin, Terri-Lee, Derek, Melanie and Shawna; and her great grandchildren, Connor, Cole, Nathan, Zoey, Hannah and Rachel.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Nova Scotia.
