With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia Colleen Clarke-Buchanan (Truro, Nova Scotia), born in New Glasgow, Nova Scotia, who passed away on August 28, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Stewart Patton and Christina Patton (Cameron); her husband Leonard Donald Buchanan; her former husband Frederick Keith Clarke; and her brother Ronald Patton.
She is survived by: her children, Frederick Clarke, Katherine Johansson and Gothenburg; her granddaughter Kajsa Johansson (Gothenburg); her stepchildren, Dennis Buchanan, Ann Crocker (Clayton), Mike Buchanan (Cathy), Harmony and Jason Buchanan (Laura); her stepgrandchildren, Cheryl Linkletter, Garrett Buchanan, Onslow, Brylin Buchanan, Harmony and Gage Buchanan; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Jonas Linkletter, Lilly Buchanan and Onslow. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 11th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Varner Funeral Home (55 Young St, Truro, NS B2N3W6). A burial was held on Wednesday, September 11th 2024 at the Earltown Village Cemetery.
