Muriel Forbes Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 30, 2021, at the age of 95, Muriel Forbes (Truro, Nova Scotia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Heighton and Millie Heighton (Langille) of River John; her husband Robert G. Forbes of Denmark; and her siblings, Colin, Victor, Jackie, Gordon and Irene.
She is survived by: her children, Joanne MacKinnon (Allan), Glenn (Heather) and Lesley Walker; her grandchildren, Jane (Adam), Gordie (Anders), Tom (Kathleen), Wayne (Ashley) and Duncan (Becca); and her great grandchildren, Lena, Elliot, Presley and Piper. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to Lillian Fraser Memorial Hospital Foundation or charity of choice.
