We are sad to announce that on April 6, 2025, Muriel Enid Toombs Donald MacLeod (Truro, Nova Scotia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Muriel Donald (Toombs) and William C. Donald; her husband Clair; her son Barry; her daughter-in-law Melanie; her brothers, George Donald (Lillian) and Boyd Donald; and her parents-in-law, Esther and Elmer MacLeod.

She is survived by: her sons, Brian, Kevin (Pam), Kent (Karen) and Kirk (Allyson); and her siblings-in-law, Donald (Joni) and Anne Donald. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, 4 nieces.

A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the St James Presbyterian Church (725 Prince St, Truro, NS B2N1G7).

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. James Presbyterian Church General Fund or TREY (Trauma Recovery for Exploited Youth).
