He was predeceased by: his father Michael Warwick. He is survived by: his mother Mary Gale Chatfield; his siblings, Ben Chatfield and Jill Chatfield; his grandparents, Linda Chatfield, Barbara Dunning (Douglas) and William Warwick (Sandra); his stepfather David Moore (Arlene); his stepgrandparents, Nadine McKay and William Moore; and his uncles, Paul (Tracy) and Dwayne.
