He was predeceased by: his father Douglas Wall; and his son Jeremy Wall. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Wall (Stright); his son Josh Wall; the mother of his children Lu-Cindy Wall (Blair); and his brothers, Bruce Wall and Darcy Wall. He is also survived by aunt, uncle, nephew and cousins.
