Marie Gwendolyn Meyer Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marie Gwendolyn Meyer (Truro, Nova Scotia), who passed away on October 6, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Bert Clissold and Lillian Clissold; her husbands, John Hoag and Ken Meyer; her sons, Mark Hoag, David Hoag and John Hoag; and her stepson Kenneth Meyer.

She is survived by: her siblings, Bert Clissold (late Jean) and Pat Wilson (John); her sister-in-law Janice Meyer (late Cliff); her son Paul Hoag (Susan Edwards); her daughter-in-law Pauline Hoag (late John); and her stepchildren, Randy Meyer (Aline), Sherrill Meyer, Daryl Meyer (Leslie), Wendy Johnson (Ben) and Kemptown. She is also survived by grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; many nieces and nephews.

If so desired, donations in Gwen's memory to Palliative Care Unit (Colchester East Hants Health Centre) are welcomed.
