She was predeceased by: her father Elvin Lewis Reid; her husband George Lindsay; her son George "Dusty" Lindsay; her sister Judy Buchanan; and her brothers-in-law, Ivan Armsworthy and Manny Pynn.

She is survived by: her mother Hilda Reid (Otterson); her boyfriend Walter Tingley; her children, Kim Lindsay and John Lindsay (Debbie); her grandchildren, Clarissa Millen (Brandon) and Evan Lindsay; her great grandchildren, Lila Millen, Lennox Millen and Lochlan Millen; her sisters, Shirley Armsworthy, Reta Pynn, Susie Reid and Nancy Pratt (Brian); and her brother-in-law Bobby Buchanan. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; her faithful dog.
