She was predeceased by: her parents, William Collins (Bill) and Annie Collins (Burris); and her siblings, Herbert, Dorothy, Dawson, Edna and Russell.

She is survived by: her husband Herman; her children, Susan, Maxine (Jody) and Russell; and her grandchild Dyanna (Lillian). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
