She was predeceased by: her parents, Layton Rushton and Mona Rushton (MacKay). She is survived by: her husband Garnet; her children, Tara Starratt (John) and Vernon Graham; her stepdaughter Shelley (Norm); her grandchildren, Daniel, Jessica, Evan (Alexandra) and Brenden; and her sisters, Yvonne Fox (Robert), Darlene Campbell (Hector) and Donna Rushton. She is also survived by many nieces and, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Judy's memory to Canadian Mental, Health Association Colchester East Hants Branch are, welcomed.
