We are sad to announce that on October 4, 2024, Joan Elizabeth Hoare (Truro, Nova Scotia), born in Greenfield, Nova Scotia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Albert Hoare; her brothers, Sterling and Wallace; and her parents, Izelda and Fred.

She is survived by: her daughter Tammy MacKenzie; her grandchildren, Shaundelle, Mandy (Barry) and Shawn (Nicole); her great grandchildren, Kaila, Carly, Parker, Mya, Preston, Jaxson, Seth, Emma and Lauren; her nieces, Nancy and Pam; and her nephew Fred.
