He was predeceased by: his parents, Reginald Sr. Higgins and Eunice Higgins (McNutt); and his brother-in-law Pete Netherway. He is survived by: his children, Andrew "Drew" Higgins (Heather) of Port Williams and Courtney Higgins (Shaun Smith) of Fort McMurray; his grandchildren, Jayden Higgins, Jaida Smith and Jakob Smith; and his siblings, Reginald Jr. "Buddy" Higgins (Anne) and Gina "Dawn" Netherway. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
