She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth B. Harvey and Norma Joan (Eye). She is survived by: her son Bradley David Lowe (Jessica Lowe); her siblings, Wendy Weisner (Gary), Marie Swanburg (Gary), Ruth, Beverly (Mary Anne) and Kenny (Betha); her niece Michelle; and her great-niece Maddison.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that anyone wishing to honor her memory do it through an act of kindness.
