He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter "Bushwith" Beaver and Clara Beaver–Staples (Roblee); and his son Richard Beaver. He is survived by: his wife Lise Beaver (Roy); his children, Jason Beaver and Tara Beaver (Andrew); his grandsons, Christopher Findlay (Kelsey), Damon Levy (Andrea) and Wyatt Leadbeater; his great grandchildren, Aliah, Kamdyn, Madilyn, Lincoln and Brooklyn; and his brother Leonard Beaver. He is also survived by his many cousins and in-laws.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Gerry's memory to charities of his choice, which were Souls Harbour Rescue Mission in Halifax, Salvation Army or World Vision Canada are welcomed.
