With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gerald Hugh Arnold (Truro, Nova Scotia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 8, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Gerald Hugh leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Arnold and Ann Arnold (Chaplin); and his siblings, Sylvia Brougham, Mary Hattie, Cyril Arnold and Bernard Arnold.
He is survived by: his brother Elroy Arnold. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mattatall - Varner Funeral Home (55 Young St, Truro, NS B2N3W6).
