He was predeceased by: his parents, George Blakeney and Dorothy Blakeney (Bilby). He is survived by: his close friend Sandra McCully; his children, Heather Blakeney (Jacob Lamontagne), Alberta and Michael Blakeney; the mother of his children Anne Blakeney (Langille); and his sister Donna McNutt (Larry). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
