She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Watson and Marion Watson (Mercer); her husband Herbert Lee "Herbie" Collins; her son Donald Collins; and her siblings, Bernice Mallory, Dorothy Strang, Joyce Roy, William Watson, Raymond Watson, Donald Watson, Ralph Watson, Arthur Watson and Brian Watson.
She is survived by: her children, Kirby Collins, Carolee Lightbody (Don) and Janie Gifford; her grandchildren, Eric Gifford (Caitlin), Tiffany Gifford, Samantha Collins and Cassidy Collins; her great grandchildren, Finn, Jemma, Rowan, Maverick and Graham; and her sisters, Barbara Campbell, Norma Jean Blizzard and Sandra Forgraves. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
If so desired, donations in Frances' memory to Canadian Cancer Society are welcomed.
