She was predeceased by: her parents, John Alexander and Jeanette Bernice Weatherby; and her husband Howard Marple. She is survived by: her daughters, Crystal Thompson (Glenn) and Jennifer Shipley (Edward); her sisters, Ethel Weatherby, Doris MacMasters (Tommy) and Masstown; and her grandchildren, Shawn, Nickolas, Morgan, Emily, Holly, Sarah, Elizabeth, Samantha and Austin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and grandnieces and grandnephews.

If so desired, donations in memory of Florence to Canadian Cancer Society are welcomed.

“Very sorry to hear of Florence passing Feb 24.2021 very sad she will be missed by many who knew her never knew she was so sick w canar deeply sad over her passing to the family flo n mom will talk n heaven now prayers to family who loved her I'll miss her dearly 30 some years with her she made it to 70 I knew she would never see 71 I was right to that's what u get when u smoke as long as she did COPD lung dease she was very sick even at home she was sick she should had better care not the care she got from family she might of lived few more years now she's gone RIP flo thinking of you god only knows you need rest”
