He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Ellen Culgin (Scott Jones) and James Culgin (Kelly Lepard); his grandsons, Cole and Darcy; his siblings, Reg (Dorothy), Diane Spiers (Ron) and Donna Lowe (Vernon); and his stepdaughters, Carlene Sandeson (Richard), Maxine Citulsky (Peter) and Debra McNutt (Stephen MacDonald).
