She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hastie and Elizabeth Hastie (Turner); her former husband Douglas Turner; her husband Lloyd Crowe; and her siblings, John, William (Doris), Alex (Betty), Margaret (James) and Helen (Andrew).

She is survived by: her son Larry Turner (Dianna); her granddaughter Ashley Turner (John Allen); her great grandchildren, Hannah of Truro and Grayson Allen of Truro; and her sisters, Ella Ripley (late Glen) of Upper Nappan, NS and Agnes Read (late Roderick) of Upper Nappan, NS. She is also survived by several nieces, and nephews.
