Edward John Dixon Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 20, 2021, Edward John Dixon (Truro, Nova Scotia), born in Montréal, Québec passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Edward John Dixon to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Dixon and Mae Dixon (Jackson); his former wife Norma (Mantley); and his siblings, Patrick, William and Beulah.

He is survived by: his wife Marlene; his grandmother Bailey; his children, Beverley David (Brian), Edward "Buttons" Dixon (Glenda States), Renée Dixon (Brian Whidden), Shawn Dixon and Terri Lynn Dixon (Tony Cidadao); his stepdaughter Shelley Tysiakiawacz; and his sister Rose Emmerson. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Due to current Covid-19 restrictions, a funeral service will be held at a later date at Mattatall – Varner Funeral Home, 55 Young Street, Truro.
