He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Barley and Ivy Barley (Mosher); and his sister Doreen Simpson. He is survived by: his wife Connie (Patriquin); his daughters, Shannon Gates (Shaun) and Natasha Barley (Matt); his stepchildren, Dana Murphy (Erin), Travis Murphy (Jessica) and Krisi Murphy (Adam); his grandchildren, Georgia, Kaylee, Ella, Blake, Shantel, Ian, Adalyn, Charlotte and Carter; his brothers, Dave Barley (Dot), Gary Barley (Janet), Reg Barley and Dougie Lattie (Fern); and his brother-in-law Bill Simpson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
