We are sad to announce that on August 15, 2021, Dana Michael Vickery (Truro, Nova Scotia), born in Amherst, Nova Scotia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joyce Colson (Milner) and Austin Vickery. He is survived by: his children, Timm Vickery (Sara), Buffy Vickery (Marcel), Paul Vickery (Nicole), Scott Vickery and Adam Vickery (Jamie); his siblings, Jocelyn White (Darrell), Steven Vickery (Kim) and Roy Vickery (Janet); his grandchildren, Justin, Dennis, Tyler, Austin, Jessica, Rebecca, Dylan, Tanner, Cheyenne, Cole, Taya and Adalynn; and his great grandchildren, Auora and Sophie. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Mattatall – Varner Funeral Home, 55 Young Street, Truro, where Dana's family will receive friends from 2-4 p. m., Saturday, August 21, 2021. (Please use the front double doors of the funeral home, wear a mask, register and practice physical distancing.).
If so desired, donations in Dana's memory to Canadian Cancer Society are welcomed.
