He was predeceased by: his parents, Earle Wilcox and Ethel Wilcox (Leavitt); his daughter-in-law Leslie; and his siblings, Ida, Hazel and Leo.
He is survived by: his wife Neata (MacNeill); his children, Paul, Stephen (Marina), David (Dawn), Jamie and Greg (Tina); his grandchildren, Josiah, Jason, Andrew, Katie, Kaitlyn, Rebecca, Danielle, Ashley, Kylah and Ryan; his sisters, Mary Doucette, Marie Wilcox and Alice Thorne (Murray); and his niece Karen MacNeill. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Mattatall – Varner Funeral Home, 55 Young Street, Truro, where Carroll's family will receive friends from 6-8 p. m., Sunday, August 22, 2021. (Please use the front double doors of the funeral home, wear a mask, register and practice physical distancing.).
