He is survived by: his wife Bonnie (Mann); his children, Christy Hoeppner (Garth), Denice Hammond (Cory), Nicolle Molyneaux (Fred) and Allan Cullingworth (Pam); his grandchildren, Joseph Hammond, Jesse Hammond, Kelsi Hammond, Allie Cullingworth, Keira Cullingworth, Brennan Hoeppner, Aaron Hoeppner and Rhylee Molyneaux; his great grandchildren, Jami Lynn Scott and Sage Scott; his brother Ross Cullingworth (Betty); his niece Lisa Cullingworth; and his nephew Kevin Cullingworth.
