He was predeceased by: his parents, George Dalrymple and Adelaide Dalrymple (Taylor); and his brother-in-law Ron Creelman. He is survived by: his wife Viola "Vi" Dalrymple (MacRae); and his siblings, Judy MacLeod (Don) of Truro, Alberta of Truro, Doug Dalrymple (Caroline) of Truro, Shirley Dalrymple (Gerald Nelson) of Truro, Dale Dalrymple (Heather) of Truro, Curtis Dalrymple (Debbie) of Truro, Susan Creelman and Hilden. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Due to Covid-19, there will be no visitation or funeral service.
