She was predeceased by: her parents, James Schrader and Elizabeth Schrader (Avery); her husband Doug Hazell; her children, Kevin and Lisa; and her grandson Billy.
She is survived by: her sons, Victor, Grant and Doug; and her sister Susan Carter (William). She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
