We are sad to announce that on January 12, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Bessie Jean Sawatsky (Truro, Nova Scotia), born in Belmont, Nova Scotia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Roode and Ethel Roode; and her siblings, Emma, Carl, Kathleen, Evelyn, Ellis, Merna, Mavis, Charlotte and Carol.

She is survived by: her children, Charles (Joan), Beverley (late Gerald), Betty (Jim) and Kenneth (Heather). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Bessie may be made to a charity of choice.
