It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alfred Thomas Shaw Jr. (Truro, Nova Scotia), who passed away on February 1, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Sr. Shaw and Helen Shaw (Hanes); his siblings, Elizabeth Anne Barnaby, Pauline, Richard Shaw (Emily), William Shaw (Evelyn) and George Arthur Shaw; and his brother-in-law Earl Isenor.
He is survived by: his children, Bonnie Mills (Todd), Truro Heights, Nick Shaw (Tanya), Thomas Wade Shaw (Fay), Melissa White (Carl) and Scott Shaw; and his siblings, Shirley Isenor, Mary Fraser (Dennis) and Harry Shaw (Evelyn). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, service and interment at Robie Street Cemetery, 125 Robie Street, Truro, will be held at a later date when we are able to travel and be together.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Alfred's memory to IWK Health Centre Foundation or Palliative Care Unit (CEHHC) are welcomed.
