In the sacred silence of farewell, Aafje Jacoba is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Aafje Jacoba's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.

She was predeceased by: her husband Frank; and her sister Ria. She is survived by: her children, Isabella (Guy), John (Krista), Rudolph (Charlene) and Ria; and her sister Annie Stokdijk. She is also survived by her seventeen grandchildren and twenty-nine great-grandchildren.

A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the John Calvin Christian Reformed Church (169 Glenwood Dr, Truro, NS B2N1P5).
