She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Johnston and Janetta Bell (MacLeod); her husband Douglas Earle MacIntosh; her daughter Karen Anne MacIntosh; and her siblings, Mary, Nellie, William and James.
She is survived by: her grandsons, Tommy (Heidi) and Brad (Lorena); her great grandchildren, Reed, Penny and Summer; and her daughter Bonnie MacKenzie (Tom). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
