Norman Hunter Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 7, 2025, at the age of 100, Norman Hunter (Trenton, Nova Scotia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Norman had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Norman may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Aaron Hunter and Annie Elizabeth Hunter (White); his wife Mary Theresa Hunter (Dungale); his brother George H. Hunter; and his cousin Shirley Rose (Fife).

He is survived by: his children, Cindy MacKenzie (Billy) and Bubba. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Heatherdale Memorial Gardens.
