He was predeceased by: his parent Hugh MacEachern; his grandson Harvey Allan; his daughter-in-law Eleanor; and his siblings, John, Joseph, Hugh, Edward, Rannie, James, William, Margaret and Gertrude.
He is survived by: his parent Sophie MacEachern (MacKay); his sons, Barry (Joan), Marshalls Crossing, Hugh (Carol), Brian of Trenton and William "Billie"; and his daughter-in-law Lorraine MacEachern of Trenton. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
Donations in his memory may be made to the IWK Health Centre Foundation or Northumberland Veteran's Unit, Pictou.
