With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marilyn Hanson of Trenton, Nova Scotia, born in New Glasgow, Nova Scotia, who passed away on July 10, 2021 at the age of 66. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Marilyn Hanson to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eric Franklin and Muriel Movita Polley (Spears); and her sister Jeannie. She is survived by: her husband Lloyd; her daughter Amy Eisan (Derek); her stepsons, Joey Polley (Sherry), Aidrie and Atla; her grandchildren, Breanna, Natalie, Harper, Eisan, Hunter and Madelyn Polley; and her siblings, Nancy Russell (Wade), Abercrombie, Patti Polley (Kevin MacEachern), Pictou Landing, Cathi Fraser (Joe Walsh), Roy Polley (Springville), Russell Polley (Sylvester), John Polley (Little Egypt) and Eric Polley (Joy). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Flowers are gratefully declined, however, if desired, donations may be made in Marilyn's memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia, Epilepsy Association of the Maritimes or Aberdeen Health Foundation Palliative Care Unit Endowment.
