It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lawrence MacDonald (Trenton, Nova Scotia), who passed away on November 1, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest MacDonald and Annie Bell MacDonald (Feltmate); his brother Earl MacDonald; and his siblings-in-law, Lillian and Robert "Bob".
He is survived by: his wife Joanne MacDonald (Smith); his children, Heather MacDonald (Andrew), Donna DeYoung, Melinda MacDonald and Roddy MacDonald (Barbara); his grandchildren, Michelle MacDonald, Michael DeYoung, Cyra-Gene Pace, Caelan and Ben MacDonald; and his siblings, Johnny MacDonald (Mary), Alex MacDonald (Sharon), Fraser MacDonald (Judy), Mabel Rankin, Elsie MacDonald, Catherine Parent (Martin) and Florence Sutherland (Hughie). He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren, brothers and sisters in-law; nieces & nephews.
