Laverne June Guthro Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Laverne June Guthro of Trenton, Nova Scotia, born in New Glasgow, Nova Scotia, who passed away on July 31, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Garland Foster and Blanche Dewella Reid (Dennis); her husband Peter Thomas Guthro; and her siblings, Joyce Bugden, Bertha Hunter, Garland, Leonard and Gordon Reid.

She is survived by: her children, Cinda Guthro, Audrey Straker (John), Barb Malone (Barry), Ottawa, Ont, Michele Bonvie (Sandy), Joe Guthro (Nadine), Amy Pennington (Dale) and Trenton; her grandchildren, William, Spencer, Jason (Samantha), Brandon (Gayle), Aaron (Ashley), Ashley, Jilisa and Luke (Lindsay); her great grandchildren, Noah, Grace, Aryanna, Blake, Rachael and Peter; and her brothers, Dennis Reid (Audrey), Donald Reid (Marg), Port Colburn and Ont. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
