It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Gillis of Trenton, Nova Scotia, born in New Glasgow, Nova Scotia, who passed away on May 13, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan Angus and Helen (MacKenzie); and his siblings, Donnie, Liz, Catherine and Peter.
He is survived by: his wife Katheryn (Gertridge); his sons, Michael (Heather), Andrew and David; and his siblings, Mary Coady (Ken), Yvonne Curnew (Joe), Janice Gillis, Joan Gladney, Paula Gillis, Bill (Emily), Blaise (Jan) and Dannie (Carrie).
