He was predeceased by: his parents, Angus MacNeil and Genetta MacNeil (Lucas); his siblings, Anna MacMillan (Ronald), Jean Martin, Mae Marcott (Henry) and Alex; and his granddaughter Faith Worthen.
He is survived by: his wife Verna MacNeil (Grant); his children, Bernard "Beaver" (Karen), Margie Worthen, Daniel (Marilou), Genette and Paula MacCuish (Jim); his brothers, Jim (Margie), Lawrence "Babs" (Carol) and John (Alma); and his brother-in-law Bert Martin. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
