He was predeceased by: his parents, Otho Foster and Gertrude Foster; his son Daniel R. Foster; his granddaughter Samantha Jo Foster; and his brother James Foster.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Foster; his children, Lucinda Foster McDonough (Mike), Cecil Delbert Foster, Jr (Cindy) and David L. Foster (Angie); his sister Margaret Foster McMahan (Mike); his grandchildren, Christopher McDonough, Jr., Victoria Foster, Jamie Foster, Ryan McDonough, Garrett Foster and Emily Foster; and his great grandchild J. T. Foster. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many friends.
