He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Outhouse and Verna Outhouse; his son Patrick; and his siblings, Harold and Valerie.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine (Sollows); his daughters, Shauna (Robin) of Acaciaville, Jacqueline (Fred) of Freeport and Tamara (Mark) of Smiths Cove; and his sisters, Wanda and Laurel. He is also survived by five grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; as well as many cousins, nieces and nephews.
