We are sad to announce that on September 1, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Bertha Zora Ruggles of Tiverton, Nova Scotia, born in Saint John, New Brunswick. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Outhouse and Erma Outhouse; her husband Robert; and her brother Clifton Outhouse. She is survived by: her sons, Clair E. Ruggles and Mark I. Ruggles (Mary); and her grandchildren, Benjamin, Timothy, Daniel, Joseph and Michelle. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
