He was predeceased by: his uncle Garth Hudson; and his grandparents, John, Connie Hudson and Rod Travis. He is survived by: his significant other Meghan Travis; his parents, Heather Travis and Brian Travis; his brother Mitchell Travis (Marie-Eve); his aunt Shelley Hudson; his parents-in-law, Darlene and Clark Scott; his siblings-in-law, Shannon Scott (Drew) and Cooper Scott; his grandmother Dorothy Travis; and his nephew Nolan Travis. He is also survived by several loving aunts, uncles, cousins.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Ronald A Walker Funeral Home (13549 Peggys Cove Rd, Upper Tantallon, NS B3Z2J4).

In lieu of flowers, the family will be setting up a trust for Blake and Meghan's son Sullivan to support him and his future academic endeavours. More information as to how to donate to Sullivan's trust will be available at a later date.
