She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Slade and Nina Slade (Francis); her siblings, Hartley, Arnold, Harold, Kerry, Leonard, Philip and Coline Slade; her niece Sheryl van (Kruis); and her brothers-in-law, Len van and Richard Smith.
She is survived by: her siblings, Beverly Smith (Eastern Passage), Catherine (Richard), Gudger (Timberlea), Nina Reddick (Timberlea) and Tony Slade (Jillanna Brown); her brother-in-law Fernand Bleau (Quebec); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Conner (Haley Stairs), Jax van, Jeffrey Croft (Chantal Dubé), Caleigh Gudger, Patrick, Colin Slade, Carson, Owen, Bridget, Carys Reddick, Kallum and Kris van.
