With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stephen Wesley Cholmondeley of Thorburn, Nova Scotia, born in New Glasgow, Nova Scotia, who passed away on July 6, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his in-laws, George and Helen Fraser; his granddaughter Mia MacKay; his brother Don; his nephews, James and George Fraser; and his niece Crystal.

He is survived by: his parents, John Cholmondeley and Matilda "Tilly" Cholmondeley (Cooley); his significant other Isabel (Fraser); his children, Myra (Leandre), Matthew Cholmondeley (Kelly O'Brien), Christopher Cholmondeley (Crystal), Mooseriver, Kimberley (Clint MacKay) and Adam (Francis MacDonald); and his grandchildren, Abigail, Jarett, Savannah, Dylan, Blake, Carson and Alex.

Donations in Dad's memory to the Aberdeen Palliative Care Unit or the I.W.K would be appreciated.
